DONALD L. WILBER, ESQ., PRESIDENTDONALD L. WILBER, ESQ.
PRESIDENT

Donald L. Wilber is a graduate of Millikin University (B.A. 1961); University of Illinois (J.D. 1963). In 1964, he founded The Wilber Lane Law Firm and had a general family practice with emphasis on debt collection. He developed the Automated Legal Collection Systems in 1985. Don now focuses on the marketing and development of the firm. He has traveled extensively over the last few years with his wife, Mary, to visit our clients and potential clients. Don is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, the McLean County Bar Association, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals and NASP (National Association of Subrogation Professionals).
MARC LANE, ESQ., MANAGING PARTNERMARC LANE, ESQ.
MANAGING PARTNER

Marc has worked full or part time for The Wilber Lane Law Firm beginning in 1996. His current responsibilities include identifying and analyzing regulatory and compliance issues, along with monitoring our staff and communications to assure compliance. Marc received his Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University and received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
RICH GREENWALD, MARKETING/CLIENT DEVELOPMENTRICH GREENWALD
MARKETING/CLIENT DEVELOPMENT

In his current position in our marketing department, Rich interacts with potential and current clients to inform, advise and direct the services that we provide. Rich has a B.S. in Business Administration-Management from Illinois State University and has spent most of his career in sales. He resides in Bloomington with his wife and three children.
MARK NEWMAN, CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEMARK NEWMAN
CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Mark’s position with the firm involves communicating with existing clients to gain feedback on performance levels, providing client assistance, and promoting new file referrals. Previously, Mark held the position of adjuster in our Subrogation Department, and has been involved in the insurance industry since 1976. His past experience includes handling claims for various insurance companies in the auto, property, liability, injury and aviation areas, both in the US and the UK, including Lloyd’s of London. Originally from the UK, he was educated in England, with studies concentrating on Business and Finance. Since moving to the US in 2001, he has earned his license as a non-resident adjuster in South Carolina and Florida and a Life and Health producer in Illinois.
STEVE McCRAW, RECOVERY/SUPPORT MANAGERSTEVE McCRAW
RECOVERY/SUPPORT MANAGER

As manager of our Recovery Department, Steve oversees our collection staff with the responsibility of ensuring that specific procedures are followed and that the required training is received by each of our subrogation specialists. Along with that, he manages our Support Department, overseeing the cases as they are assigned to us. He joined our firm in April, 2006 in our Recovery Department and previously was in retail management for over 10 years. He received an Associate Degree from Wabash Valley Jr. College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Illinois State University, and is a member of Golden Key Honor Society.
SHARON DIXON, MANAGER – CLIENT, LEGAL, SUBROGATION, RESTITUTIONSHARON DIXON
MANAGER – CLIENT, LEGAL, SUBROGATION, RESTITUTION

Sharon oversees several areas of our firm, including Legal, Restitution, Client Services and our adjusters in the Subrogation Department. She makes sure files qualify for litigation, verifies statutes and communicates with clients, forwarding attorneys and the courts. Sharon attended Heartland Community College and joined The Wilber Lane Law Firm in 2000, holding the positions of collector, legal forwarding clerk, and support manager with our firm.
RENEE MILLER, ACCOUNTING MANAGERRENEE MILLER
ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Renee oversees all of our accounting functions, including financial reports, payroll processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and client funds. Renee joined our firm in March, 2003 as a bookkeeper. She has a background in the banking industry and was the financial secretary for her church. While attending Illinois State University, she minored in Accounting and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Justin currently acts as our client’s advocate in his position as Client Relations Manager. As the client’s point of contact, he is responsible for making sure that their expectations are met and exceeded through our efforts of providing quality service, while providing great results on the recovery of their files. Justin has previously managed our Human Resource, Recovery and Support Departments. He is a Bloomington native, who attended Central Catholic High School, and while attending Illinois Wesleyan University, he minored in Business and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
CRYSTAL DENMAN, HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGERCRYSTAL DENMAN
HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Crystal is responsible for our Human Resource Department including management of our employee benefits and payroll. She coordinates with the Department Managers in the selection, hiring, evaluation, training and development of our staff. Her primary goal is maintaining a dedicated and professional staff to provide quality service to our clients. She attended Rayne High School in Rayne, Louisiana, and is continuing her education with Heartland Community College and Michigan University.
PHIL PUSATERI, BUSINESS ANALYSTPHIL PUSATERI
BUSINESS ANALYST

Phil is responsible for supporting production and client services, including managing our client status website, facilitating and managing the transfer of data between our firm and our clients, and improving the data received. He is originally from Arlington Heights, Illinois and is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. While at Wesleyan, he was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity, president of the IWU Inter-Fraternity Council, founder and president of the IWU Titans Hockey Club, Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life Search Committee and IWU Student Ambassador.
MARY WILBER, MARKETING ASSOCIATEMARY WILBER
MARKETING ASSOCIATE

In her position with our marketing department, Mary is responsible for contacting current and potential clients, arranging travel, and scheduling and attending conferences. Mary is a Registered Nurse, and worked for ten years in orthopedics, surgery and home care. She is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, who along with husband, Donald L. Wilber, travels nationwide visiting potential and current clients.
